Every Qala Jaipur piece is made to order, so we offer exchanges only — no returns or refunds — on both domestic and international orders.

  • Exchange window: Raise your exchange request within 7 days of delivery by emailing qalajaipur@gmail.com with your Order ID and photos.

  • Shipping for exchanges: For a size exchange, shipping both ways is paid by the customer. If your piece arrives damaged or defective, Qala Jaipur covers the shipping.

  • Customs: Any import duties or customs charges levied by your country are payable by the recipient.
