Our primary goal is to ensure you receive a perfect garment through our replacement policy. Refunds are only considered in exceptional circumstances.

• Eligibility: Refunds are only applicable if an approved replacement (due to damage or size) cannot be fulfilled because the fabric or style is out of stock.

• Processing: Approved refunds are credited to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.

• Notes: Shipping charges and international customs duties are non-refundable.
