At Qala Jaipur, we believe that true luxury cannot be rushed. Each of our pieces is made-to-order, handcrafted specifically for you by our master artisans in Jaipur.
- Processing time: Every garment is made to order. Please allow 7 business days for processing before your order is dispatched from our studio in Jaipur.
- Domestic delivery (India): Once dispatched, orders within India arrive within 5–7 business days.
- International delivery: Orders reach you within 15–20 days after dispatch, subject to customs clearance in your country.
- Shipping charges: Shipping is free on all orders, to every country. Any customs duties or import charges levied by your country are payable by the recipient.
- Order tracking: A unique tracking link will be sent to your registered email or phone as soon as your order leaves our studio.
