Exchanges & Quality Assurance
Every Qala Jaipur garment is made to order. Your piece is cut, hand-block printed and stitched by our artisans in Jaipur only after you place your order. Because nothing sits in a warehouse, we do not run a general returns programme — but we do stand behind every piece we send out.
What we cover — 7-day exchange
- Damaged or defective on arrival: we replace your piece.
- Size issue: we exchange it for a different size in the same style.
Raise either request within 7 days of delivery.
What we cannot accept
- Change of mind after delivery.
- Garments that have been worn, washed or altered.
- Small variations in colour, print placement or dye depth. Every piece is hand-printed and dyed with natural dyes, so no two are identical — this is a mark of authenticity, not a defect.
How to raise a request
Email qalajaipur@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with your Order ID and clear photographs of the concern. Our team will get back to you and arrange your replacement.
International orders
We ship worldwide from our studio in Jaipur, and the same 7-day window applies wherever you are. Any import duties or customs charges levied by your country are payable by the recipient and are not included in the product price.
