REPLACEMENTS & QUALITY ASSURANCE

Our creations are bespoke and made-to-order. Because each garment is tailored specifically for a client, we do not accept general returns. We offer a 7-day replacement for the following cases:

• Defective Products: Receipt of a physically damaged or manufacturing defect.

• Size Issues: Replacement for a different size of the exact same style.

• Non-Returnable Items: We do not accept returns for "change of mind" or after the garment has been worn, washed, or altered.

• Process: To initiate a replacement, please contact qalajaipur@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with your Order ID and clear photographs of the concern.
