What makes Qala Jaipur "Sustainable"?
We use organic fabric garments, natural dyes, and a made-to-order model that prevents landfill waste. -
What is the difference between Jaipur and Bagru prints?
Jaipur prints often feature floral motifs on white or light backgrounds. Bagru print outfits use traditional earth-toned dyes and indigo, often with more geometric or bold patterns. -
Are the colors exactly as seen on screen?
Since our products are handcrafted clothing, minor variations in color and print are expected. These are marks of authenticity, not defects. -
How do I care for natural dyes?
We recommend dry cleaning for the first wash. Subsequently, gentle hand washing in cold water with mild detergent will preserve the vibrancy. -
Do you ship to my country?
Yes, we offer premium international shipping to most countries globally. -
Can I request a custom color?
For specific ombre or tie-dye requests, please contact our WhatsApp concierge. -
What if my size isn't on the chart?
Simply select "Custom" or message us with your measurements; we specialize in bespoke fits. -
Does Indigo bleed?
Natural Indigo may rub off slightly on skin or light surfaces initially—this is the "living" nature of the dye and will stop after a few wears/washes. -
Why does it take 10 days to ship?
Because your garment doesn't exist yet! It is being printed and stitched specifically for you. -
Are your fabrics sheer?
We use high-grade, premium densities. While some summer fabrics are lightweight for breathability, they maintain the opacity expected of luxury wear.
