At Qala Jaipur, we believe that true luxury cannot be rushed. Each of our pieces is made-to-order, handcrafted specifically for you by our master artisans in Jaipur.

Dispatch Timeline: As every garment is created upon order, please allow a processing window of 7 to 10 business days for your order to be dispatched from our atelier.

Domestic Delivery (India): Once dispatched, domestic orders typically reach their destination within 3 to 5 business days.

International Delivery: We ship our heritage craft worldwide. International orders are delivered within 7 to 10 business days post-dispatch, subject to local customs clearances.

Order Tracking: A unique tracking link will be sent to your registered email or phone as soon as your order leaves our facility.
- Shipping Cost: Standard shipping is complimentary on every order, worldwide. A paid express upgrade is available at checkout if you would like your piece sooner.
- Duties & Taxes: Product prices do not include import duties, customs charges or local taxes. If your country levies these on incoming parcels, they are payable by the recipient on delivery.
- Currency: You can browse in USD, GBP, EUR, CAD, AUD or INR. Non-INR prices are indicative; your card is charged the equivalent amount in Indian Rupees (INR) at checkout.
